Dr.Gopinath’s Diagnostic Service’s, core quality principle is the continuous improvement of all processes and services supporting the care of patients. To support this principle, we developed a comprehensive Quality System, outlined by our Framework for Quality that is based on the ISO 15189:2007 standard & NABL 112 Document. Our Quality Management System is implemented by means of various Quality System Procedures (QSP’s), Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Records etc. Our Quality management focuses on continuous quality improvement as measured by customer satisfaction. Dr.Gopinath’s Diagnostic Services has a Dedicated Quality Control Department with International Fully Automated instruments and well Experienced Qualified Technical staffs under the supervision of a Quality Manager. Dr.Gopinath’s Diagnostic Services Stringent its Quality by Means of Various National & International External & Internal Quality Controls. Dr.Gopinath’s Diagnostic Services has International level Biorad- 3rd Party Controls (Two Level & Three Level QC) for Internal Quality Control Testing, such as;
Daily Plotting Control Graph of Internal QC in Quality Control Software ’Unity Desktop’ is also done. Dr.Gopinath’s Diagnostic Services is also participating in various National & International External Quality Assessment Schemes for various Departments such as;
