Dr. Gopinath's Diagnostic Services, core quality principle is the continuous improvement of all processes and services supporting the care of patients. To support this principle, we developed a comprehensive Quality System, outlined by our Framework for Quality that is based on the ISO 15189:2007 standard & NABL 112 Document. Our Quality Management System is implemented by means of various Quality System Procedures (QSP's), Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Records etc. Our Quality management focuses on continuous quality improvement as measured by customer satisfaction.
Dr. Gopinath's Diagnostic Services has a dedicated Quality Control department with International fully automated equipments and qualified Technical staff with sound experience working under the direct supervision of a Quality Manager. Dr. Gopinath's Diagnostic Services ensures stringent Quality by means of various National & International, Internal as well as External Quality Controls.
Our Services has International Biorad- 3rd Party Controls (Two Level & Three Level QC) for Internal Quality Control Testing, such as;

- For Immunology : Biorad 3 Level Internal QC (Daily)
- For Hematology : Biorad 3 Level Internal QC (Daily)
- For Urinalysis : Biorad 2 Level Internal QC (Daily)
Daily Plotting Control Graph of Internal QC in Quality Control Software ’Unity Desktop’ is done.
